This band has been working together for over 12 years and we've played over 2,500 dates since the group first formed in 1996. Between the four of us, we have well over 100 years of combined professional performance experience. We've performed together at many corporate parties and events, nightclubs, private parties, weddings, other functions and special events over the years. You'll find that we're "all business" when it comes to what we do. Don't get us wrong, we still like to have fun when we play. But we take this much more seriously than most bands do because it's our full-time living and our families depend on it.
Unlike most other bands that you'll see, we rarely use pre-arranged set lists when we perform in nightclubs. We normally hand out copies of our song list to the audience and play their requests all night long. This allows us to personally interact with the audience while we're performing, and it assures that we're playing the kind of music that people actually want to hear. It also explains why no two shows that you'll see the band perform are ever exactly the same. The material that the band performs each night is determined right-on-the-spot. After performing this way together for so many years, we've become very experienced at "reading" the crowd, and we can quickly and easily switch between performance styles to match the mood of the audience as it develops over the course of the night. We have over 260 songs in our repertoire, in a wide variety of styles, so we can usually please just about anyone's tastes. We have such a large song list that we even have the ability to tailor the "general direction" of what we play to match the clientele (and the club) that we're actually playing for. Whether your crowd primarily wants to hear familiar Classic Rock songs, newer Modern Rock songs, Variety, or anything in between, we can easily cover it all. In summary, we try to be the "right fit" for any crowd, situation, or client, that we work for.
We provide all of the Public Address (P.A.) equipment that we'd need for our performance, and we also have our own lighting system for our stage area as well. We'll provide appropriate background CD music for all of our breaks (if needed).
To secure any dates that you wish to book, we require that you sign a standard booking agreement with us. No security deposits are required for nightclub dates, but signed contracts are.

What About Promoting Our Upcoming Dates At Your Club?
- We average over 1,200 unique visits each month on our web site. We'll list all of the dates that you book with us on the Calendar and News pages of our site, and we'll also add your club to our Links page. We'll also list all of your dates on our MySpace profile page.
- If you don't currently have a web site, we'll create a page for you on our site with more information about your club. See an example of what we'll create for you by clicking on this link.
- Our band maintains a profile on MySpace.com at MySpace.com/TheBand2AM. We currently have 1,100 MySpace "friends" that we advertise our dates and other information to each week.
- We have a large direct e-mail list that we send our weekly schedule to, with details about what's going on for each particular gig that week. We encourage you to advertise any specials/events/coupons/etc... that you wish to promote in these messages to our friends.
- We'll provide you with plenty of promotional flyers to hang up in the club to advertise our upcoming dates.
- We'll provide you with any digital content that you may need for your own web site to advertise our dates, including photos, logos, etc...
- We submit all of our dates to the local papers and entertainment magazines.
- We have a dedicated telephone "hotline" for information about our weekly schedule and last minute changes or additions.
